D. No agency, partnership, joint venture or employment is created as a result of this Agreement, and Customer does not have any authority of any kind to bind

" in any respect whatsoever.
Billing and Payment
A. You are liable to pay all fees, charges as applicable according to plan.
B. "DGRestro
", reserve the right to modify its fee and charges and to introduce new plan at any time without any prior notice.
C. All fee and charges are exclusive of taxes, levies and duties as per applicable in given territory.
Termination
A. "DGRestro
", reserve the right to suspend the service to its clients in case of
i. Any violation in term of contact or breach of trust.
ii. Non-compliance in payment of fee and charges.
Indemnification.
You shall not in any mean hold harmful intentions to

", by no mean you are associated with and other Products, Sister Concern related to the company.
